Mean platelet volume (MPV) is a machine-calculated measurement of the average size of platelets found in blood and is typically included in blood tests as part of the CBC.
I am sorry but we do not analyze or interpret lab tests for our readers as we do not have standard testing guidelines available on our site. Lab results can even vary from one lab to another based on their standards. You will need to have these tests explained to you. I understand how frustrating it is to have results with no explanation which is why you need to contact your doctor's office and have someone spend some time, even over the phone, to let you where you stand regarding the health.
