So I’m married and I have a friend who is married too but her husband is all I can think of... I find him incredibly attractive.. I masterbate thinking of him. They were over st my house once and when they left I kissed my friend by and her husband as well. While saying bye to her husband with a kiss he put his hand on my back and gave it a quick rub... can that mean he has some sort of attraction to me??

We can't say whether your friend's husband is attracted to you by patting your back when you were saying goodbye. That may just be his way.
Either way, he is married (and to a friend!) so he's out of bounds, even if you do have a crush. This is not an avenue you want to explore in real life.
