All of a sudden here for about 2mo my big toe on both feet feet feel like they're crammed into a shoe that is two sizes too small, I'm wearing the same size shoe that I've worn for the past 5-6yrs. Let me see if I can explain it a lil better, both of my big toes feel like they have an ingrown toe nail (which is almost impossible because I hardly ever cut my toe nails) because they grow so slow. Now I do have bunions (the bone that grows on the side of your feet) but I had one removed about a year ago by a Dr who was supposed to be a "specialist" but he severed the tendone in my big toe and didn't realize it until a week later, once he did we went back into surgery & he reconnected it but by that time it was semi too late because to this day I am unable to move the toe, also he ran a pin through the top of the 2nd toe at a slant till it came out the side of my foot which was supposed to make that toe "float slowly down" into place and line up with the rest of the smaller toes, although I thought he left the pin in too long & I had inquired that two if not three times if it was time to come out but he kept thinking that it needed to stay in just a lil bit longer but the end result was which was his oppion that because the toes had been slanted for so long they slowly started to lean again. But what is happening is that the big toe rubs against the 2nd toe & forms a very painful blister filled with fluid and I believe that is what causing the unbearable pain that I am having, although I wrap the toes with bandaid's it's still produces a blister on a constant basis, once it busts it'll produce another. Is their anything other than seeing another podiatrist (who will recomend surgery and 8wks off from work.) My weight is defiantly not the problem, I'm 52yrs old and weigh a whopping 116lbs. Can anyone please help me with this problem?

I would not hesitate in seeing another specialist for your foot. It sounds like the previous doctor made mistakes and caused you further injury, so we cannot diagnose or suggest treatment until you are seen by a specialist.
