Large muscles and smaller ones to the point that I can barely walk, move my neck, open and shut my mouth or even lay on my back! It is really extreme and feels like a combination of muscle cramps and the worst flu of my life. Thanks!!

There could be many reasons for this kind of pain - it sounds quite severe so please contact your doctor.
Some causes could be severe dehydration. Drink a lot of water and a drink with electrolytes.
Chronic fatigue syndrome and Lupus are also causes.
