Excessive Sweat

I find this condition really embarassing, but I sweat really alot. Small movement is enough to soak my shirt. Even in a air conditioned-room. I don't consider my self heavily overweight (I'm 158cm tall 60kg and I exercise regularly, about 2-3 times a week, like jogging, badmintion, tennis. ). It's summer here in China, but I literally sweat like this the whole year. Short walk, lifting things for 5 minutes will result in me changing clothes.

So I wonder what could probably cause this condition (in my family, only me have this condition). Could this be related to food? My diet is basically consist of a lot of spicy food.

Hi Aby Wu,

Thank you for your question. Excessive sweating could be a symptom of something else or you could just sweat more then the next person which is not uncommon. You should really have yourself checked by your physician in order to figure out which one you have. Hopefully that will help answer your question. There are things that your physician can do to assist with the excessive sweating also so getting a physicians opinion would be best. Good luck.
