my head itches and I pull white scales off andit looks like snow on my shoulder.I have have had this problem for awhile I went to my doctor he prescribed shampoo and lotions but not helping

That is great that you went to your doctor to talk about your symptoms, and if the prescribed shampoo and other treatments are not working, please call your doctor and let him/her know. If your doctor does not hear back from you...s/he will assume your symptoms are alleviated and treatment is working.
