Me n my boyfriend we were having outercourse n wen we were done he had precum through his basketball shorts. I had on panties n active wear shorts. He didn't know dat he did it until he touched the outside of his shorts and felt wetness. A couple of mins later he rubbed da outside of my panties but his hands looked dry. Im still a virgin, but im pretty sure it cant travel through cotton underwear. If you and your boyfriend were both wearing under wear then you cannot conceive this way. Please use protection if you are unsure of what can and cannot cause pregnancy but sperm is not permeable through clothing.
