Hello, Anon! Thank you for posting today.

Normal blood pressure is the main benefit of drinking water. Although drinking water can help lower blood pressure, it can also increase blood pressure to help maintain proper levels. Drinking more water increases blood volume, which can alleviate one of the potential causes of low blood pressure. It can also help avoid dehydration. Drinking enough water each day is important for everyone. If you have high blood pressure and are unsure how much water to drink ask you doctor.

Guidelines that should apply to the majority of people:

When you’re thirsty, drink.
When you’re not thirsty anymore, stop.
During high heat and exercise, make sure to drink enough to compensate for the lost fluids.
