Do I have an ear infection

I resently started wearing hearing aids, and they madecided my ear itch alot, I would rub the aid and use it to itch, with, now my ear is res, swollen, and draining, then it dries in a crust like form just in the inside ofy ear, what is this?

You could have an infection or you could have an allergy to the hearing aid. Consult your doctor.
