snq-- I am so sorry that you feel so hopeless about this. As Alison mentioned, your vaginal muscles will usually compensate because your vagina is trying so hard to come back to it's natural state. However, it is possible in some cases for it to not be as "tight" as it used to be. Have you tried performing Kegel Exercises? Very simple--Kind of like stopping your urine. Follow the link for more detailed instructions. https://www.empowher.com/media/reference/kegel-exercises
They are painless and very effective- and the best part is that you can do them whenever, wherever. You can even do these while you're having sex and your husband will be pleasantly surprised :)

thanx Alison.... actually me too personally feel tht it hs becum pretty loose 2 satisfy me n my partner during sex, means v dnt feel the real grip as v used to.... tht really bothers alot n causes dissatisfaction during sex :(
October 7, 2010 - 11:18pmi did consulted my gynecologist but she thinks every thing is natural (as vaginal opening a bit increases after the 1st vaginal birth n epizotomy) the only way out is possible just after the nxt vaginal birth in form of few more stitches of epizotomy....
wht do u think? is there any other way out? as i cnt weight till the nxt vaginal birth since itz ruining my sex life n relationship :(

Vaginas are very elastic, and regain their shape after vaginal births. There are a few rare exceptions, but have you noticed a change, or just your spouse? (I am wondering if he is assuming your vagina has lost its "shape"--which is not possible--and is reacting to a misconception?)
If you think there is something medically wrong or changed about your vagina, it is important to go to your gynecologist for a medical examination.
