Cysts or boil may be infected

I had a small lump on my belly come up. I squeezed it. Now it’s 10x it’s size. The top skin is peeling off and the center is black and all red around the lump.Dont know if it’s a cysts or a boil what to do

Based on the huge amount of swelling and redness, there is a possibility of infection. An infection needs medical attention- please seek help.
