Q:

Could I get pregnant

My boyfriend and I had sex, protected. We’ve had protected sex every time. Around a week and a day ago we had sex, with a latex spermicidal condom. He came into the condom while still inside me, as he pulled out I suppose he waited too long and lost his erection. Because during withdrawal the condom slipped. More than half was outside of me, leaving the base more than three inches away from my vaginal opening. We pulled it out and the condom had his semen in it. We searched and there were no holes. We got freaked out this being the first time this has happened to us and got plan b. It’s unknown if I was ovulating, but my discharge that day was little to none but what was there signaled that I was infertile. We had sex three days prior to that (all protected.) and we took the pill quick enough for it to be in that three day limit. I’m not exactly worried. But could I be pregnant?

Guide

Hello. Thank you for posting.

Condoms are about 98% effective when used properly - which you did (and with the added protection of spermicide). There was no reason to take emergency contraception. But since you did, be sure to read the information that came with the pills so you know what to expect.
