Could i be pregnant after 10 yrs of having tubes tied i have always had heavy flow and ive been feeling certain feelings and my period i just got it early and it is lighter than usual

It's very doubtful you are pregnant since you have your period, even if it's different than usual. If you are in your late 30s to 40s, your cycle may be changing due to peri-menopause.
A pregnancy test should be taken, just in case.
