could I be pregnant?

My boyfriend peed (therefore touching his penis). About 15 minutes later he fingered me and he hadn’t washed his hands. (It is possible that he may have pre came in his pants before he peed) I’m not sure about the pre cum though because we hadn’t even started kissing or anything yet and I know for sure that he wasn’t erect. Could I be pregnant from this?

Guide

Hello, Anon. Thank you for your message today.

We cannot speculate as to what might have been on your boyfriend's penis. You will have to ask him, but you cannot get pregnant from the scenario you describe if there was no sperm present that entered you. Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out.
