This isn't really a controversial topic as there is no ideal/optimum thyroid level (meaning one particular number), just as there is no ideal pulse rate - there are ideal levels that span a range of numbers. The body doesn't work like clockwork and depending on other health issues - even how we sleep, eat and exercise, will have various "numbers" that go up and down.
With regard to your test results, we do not interpret lab results for our readers. You will need to discuss these labs with your doctor and also talk about treatment options.
