Hello, Maria clarisa. Thank you for writing.

You likely pushed too hard. Tears that occur in the lining of the anus are called anal fissures. This condition is most commonly caused by constipation and passing hard stools, although it may also result from diarrhea or inflammation in the anus. Hemorrhoids, also called piles, are swollen veins in your anus and lower rectum, similar to varicose veins. Hemorrhoids have a number of causes but can also result from straining during bowel movements. See your doctor if you are concerned. Try drinking more water and adding more fiber to your diet to help ease constipation.
