Dear Deanna,

As we all know bladder challenges can be very uncomfortable.

You stated that your return visits have shown no other issues.

Some suggestions from a alternative perpective could be beneficial.

Unsweetened cranberry juice has been beneifical to create an environment unfriendly to bacteria. What I have done is 1 oz of cranberry juice to 8 oz of water and drink several glasses a day.

You may try limiting your sweets, sugar has been known to make conditions such as yours more challenging.

Healthy flora, drinking a good pro and pre biotic supports the immune system especially after antiboitcs are taken. There are several I use, Inner Eco made from coconuts, There is also one made by SO DELICIOUS coconut milk kefir, look for the unsweetened one and try drinking some of that everyday, directions are on the bottle.

A chinese herbalist my be beneficial also, I have had wonderful results using chinese medicines.

Last but not least, Raw apple cider vinegar from Bragg it also creates an unfriendly environment for bacteria.

I hope you found this helpful and please let me know if you would like more assistance.

Thanks for the info. I have tried all that. So far not working . I do have an appointment with my Holistic NP tomorrow . She had me on herbs . The Doctor said this e coli is the most aggressive bug on the planet. I will see if her pharmacy can make up a vaginal probiotic . I think that may help to. Back on vaginal Premerin. Thanks for the help . Deanna
