Can you get pregnant from outersex/ dry sex?

So my boyfriend and I were laying in bed and we both had just our underwear on. We were watching tv so his penis was resting against my covered butt/vulva area, and he didn’t ejaculate, but my underwear was wet (from my vaginal lubrication). So, say he pre-ejaculated or even ejaculated with his boxers on. Is there a chance that I could get pregnant with underwear on? Does it matter on the type of clothing material? Can the two bodily fluids mix if the clothes are saturated enough?

So it does not matter what the material of the underwear is? I was not wearing lace.
