So the past 2 months, i've been getting my period exactly on the 22nd. When I'm stressed, i know it can delay. My boyfriend and I were pretty much dryhumping, but he had boxers and jeans on, and i had my underwear (it was lace, and i'm afraid that maybe stuff can get through easier) and pantie liner on, although at times i felt like my pantie liner wasn't in place right, but just around the clitoris area. It's past the 22nd, but sometimes my period isn't always exact of course, but i've been pretty paranoid after dryhumping. I've been very active with school, and not getting good sleep and afraid that maybe i've been overactive to where my body can't keep up. I recently got a cold and wondering if that can affect my period in some way. Although lately, I haven't been that nervous about it. My discharge has been kind of heavy, whiteish and yellowish. This only started about more than a week ago. My boyfriend and I did dry heaving on the 17th. I've been kind of moody and a little cramping. I'm worried about being pregnant or something. please tell me advice.

The same type of symptoms are occurring this morning
When I looked online it said I could be feeling the early symptoms of preganncy but I'm really scared as to what could be the cause of these symptoms

The day after is too early to have any signs of pregnancy. There was no risk for pregnancy.

So my boyfriend and I were dry humping with our clothes fully on ( had a skirt , tight and pants ) I gave him a hand job also i can remember feeling a wet sensation down below but that was from me when we were done i noticed a white discharge on my skirt i asked him if he was wet he replied no i don't remember my hand being wet but nevertheless i washed the substance off my skirt and washed and dried my hands

You can relax. There was no risk for becoming pregnant because you washed and dried your hands, and after 20 minutes, any sperm would have been dead.

Just today I've been exprincing some Pains in my stomach now I researched these symptoms in light of the senario I described
Now the pain it's more like a sharp pains at the top bit of my stomach
And some in the bottom they some times I did feel nauseous but I have thrown up or anything and I have not had any aches on of my body except my stomach
But from reading the things I'm scared that it could be something else
Do you think it could associated to pregnancy or could it be something else completely

From what you shared happened, there was no risk for becoming pregnant. These symptoms might be triggered by anxiety. Try focusing on something other than the possibility of being pregnant.
Stressing over this can cause a delay in your next period.That will only compound your anxiety.
