I work at a prison. Before I start my weight was 190 with me wearing 16 in pants. Now I'm down to a12 size. Everyone say I look good with the weight loss. Which I 've been trying to lose some anyway. I'm 56 yrs old.

June 24, 2018 - 5:58amExercise is great for our physical health and state of mind, but it has a disappointingly small effect on weight loss. When it comes to shedding pounds, it is what we eat that counts most.
