Hello,

I was wondering if pre-ejaculation can contain sperm if a guy has not ejaculated in 3-4days? My boyfriend had pre-ejaculation on his hand and accidentally touched me without wiping. I just wanted to know what are the risks.

Thanks,

Hi PowerGirl2000,

Thanks for reaching out to EmpowHER with your question!

Studies have shown that it is possible for pre-ejaculation to contain sperm. While it does not always occur, it is possible. The risk of pregnancy is higher when actual sexual intercourse occurs rather than your boyfriend touching you.

The real way to determine if you are pregnant is with a pregnancy test. To ease fears and to really know if you are pregnant, try taking a test.

Based on what you explained, your chances are very low.

I hope this has helped.

Let me know if you have further questions!

Best,
Erin
