Can my pcs ever heal?

I was involved in a car accident when I was 33, and had pcs and it healed after 3 months of working extremely hard on a treadmill, now I'm 52 and i was in a motorcycle accident in 2011 where I nearly lost my foot, so I can't run anymore or really exercise much other than riding an exercise bike, my question is do you think my pcs will heal or is there anything I can do to help it heal after 6 years of my accident? And is there anyone who can help me?

Can you explain PCS to us? Often that is known as post-concussion syndrome - is this what you are talking about? Other medical conditions are shortened to PCS but we need a fuller explanation.
