You have nothing to worry about. You were not engaging in sexual intercourse nor being "intimate" in a physical sense. You were making out with your bodies touching each other but you were both fully clothed. Sperm travels through body fluids, not clothing fibers. Pregnancy is impossible. A woman needs to have intercourse and be ovulating in order to get pregnant.
