Hi! I just want to ask if is there any chances that I'd be pregnant? Me and my boyfriend had done rubbing genitals with each other twice already. He ejaculated but not near my vagina. I was worried about the liquid coming out from his penis before he ejaculated. Could it contain sperm that can make me pregnant? My period is already 14 days delayed. Please help. Thank you.

Irregular menstrual cycle are common with the fluctuation of hormone levels, there is really nothing you can do.

Penetration inside of your vagina along with ejaculation, inside your vagina together, without the use of any birth control method is what increases your risk for in becoming pregnant.
If you are 14 days late, you could be experiencing irregular menstrual. Are you sure he didn't ejaculate inside of you? You might want to take a home pregnancy test, to rule pregnancy out.
