I had sex with this guy but before we did some oral sex and he had ejaculated. then he put his pants back on, after 5 -10 minutes we had sex, but he's telling me that he had put the condom wrong then he fixed it, could I be pregnant.

It's probably unlikely, but we cannot know if there was any ejaculate on the outside of the condom. Did he clean himself off after he ejaculated, before putting on the condom? Are you sure about the time frame before you had sex? If not, and he fixed the condom as you say, there might be some small risk. These are things only the two of you can know.
