MY SISTER SUFFERING FROM SCHIZOPHRENIA FOR LAST 10 YEARS SHE IS 26 YEAR OLD.
SHE IS SITTING ON PLACE FOR LONG TIME AND MUMBLING, WE HAVE BEEN GIVING HER PSYCHIATRIC MEDICINE BUT SHE IS NOT RECOVERED.

Welcome to EmpowHER. You need to speak with your sister's physician. Report that you see no improvement in her symptoms and ask what her prognosis is.
Schizophrenia is a severe brain disorder in which people interpret reality abnormally. Schizophrenia may result in some combination of hallucinations, delusions, and extremely disordered thinking and behavior. It requires lifelong treatment, even when symptoms have subsided. Treatment with medications and psychosocial therapy can help manage the condition.
Hypothyroidism is a condition in which your thyroid gland doesn't produce enough of certain important hormones. Standard treatment for hypothyroidism involves daily use of the synthetic thyroid hormone levothyroxine.
Hypothyroidism does not cause schizophrenia.
