Bent down to pick up toilet seat and got throbbing pain in lower back hurting still constant then gets really hurting all of a sudden hurts in abdomen like little pulses too

We can't say what the actual cause is but it sounds like you pulled something in you back and this can be very painful. Any ordinary activity can pull a back muscle just randomly. A pulse in the abdomen is often caused by a prominent vein in the body- the aorta, that runs through the body. If this continues tomorrow, consult your doctor.
If the pain in your back doesn't ease up in the next few days, also consult your doctor.
Ice can help with the pain.
