Frequent coughing and choaking when swallowing and while sleeping. Can barely walk with walker and gait belt assistance.. Frequent falls. Mute. Requires bathing, dressing, shaving, toileting. Assistance with eating - putting food on spoon. Even then, sometimes spills it before getting to his mouth. Still seems to comprehend speech.
