If I eat certain foods, I can slow down the aging process. Is that true? What foods should I be eating?

Hi Kelly,

Thanks for the Ask. There are certain foods that can help with improving our aging process. Such as foods with antioxidant to help prevent heart disease, cancer and most chronic diseases. Blueberries are known for their memory boosting potentials. Eating protein such as skinless chicken and turkey breast, egg, lean beef, seafood is known also for their metabolic boosting muscle. Which is true especially when reaching the 40's when muscle mass begins to decline. Hope this helps.

Best,
