The manufacturer provides the following information which has been translated into English for you.

During a woman's fertile age the ovaries produce estradiol and progesterone, which are sex hormones. They regulate the menstrual cycle and reproductive capacity. Terolut closely resembles natural progesterone. If the body does not produce enough progesterone, Terolut is used to supplement this deficiency, because the lack of progesterone can cause menstrual disturbances.

Terolut-product also has a protective effect on the endometrium or uterine lining. This is important in the context of estrogen therapy in menopause (the omission of menstruation), during or after.

Terolut is used in the following areas:
- Painful menstruation
- Endometriosis, ie a condition in which endometrial cells are found on other body parts, mostly in the stomach or urinary and genital area, for example, causing heavy menstrual bleeding, or painful menstruation
- Premenstrual syndrome or pre-menstrual symptoms such as mood swings, breast swelling and tenderness, bloating, headache, fatigue, constipation
- Hormone replacement therapy adjunct in treating post menopausal symptoms. Terolut-product is given to protect the endometrium and to perform any unusual and / or irregular bleeding. Terolut replaces progesterone, when the body does not make enough, or does not make at all.

Hormone replacement products may increase the risk of developing breast cancer, endometrial hyperplasia, vein thrombosis and stroke. Ask your doctor for more information.
Based on the product description, this medication should be helpful in regulating your cycle which will in turn regulate when you ovulate. No information is provided on how it directly impacts fertility.
