Hi tpoulos,
Can you tell us more about what type of emotional and psychological symptoms you are experiencing with menopause, as every women experiences them differently.

We have a lot of great resources, and can provide tailored information to you, once we learn more about your symptoms. Some possible emotional-type symptoms women have discussed during menopause are: sadness, depression, irritability, increased temper, frustration, loneliness, empty-nest syndrome, body-image changes, sexual changes...the list goes on!

You can also begin talking with other women who are experiencing the same things through one of our groups. Here is just one example from our Menopause Groups page: https://www.empowher.com/groups/menopause.
