Am i at risk of pregnancy if i got fingered after he wiped semen off his hands?

i was with my boyfriend and he came on his fingers. he wiped it off on his shorts and a tissue. about 2-5 minutes later he fingered me. he says he’s sure the semen was off his fingers. if he wiped it off would it be dry? is there a chance for pregnancy?

Thank you for writing.
If sperm was dry, it would be dead so there is no risk. If you boyfriend says he's sure it was all gone then you'll have to take his word for it. Hand-washing with soap and warm water should be utilized in future.
