You should be using protection if you know you are going to have sex. Postinor 2 is for emergencies. Follow the directions and do not take more than the recommended dose. If you have the 2-pill dosing, the second pill should be taken 12 hours after the first. If you have the one pill pack, only 1 pill is needed. We cannot predict pregnancies. A pregnancy test can be taken 14-21 days after sex if you are unsure. Be aware ECP can cause a delay in your next period. Make sure you read the information that comes with the pills so you know what to expect.
