Im a virgin and my period is late, im stressing out cuz i never had any sexual contact w anyone and i wanna go to the doctor but i cant tell my mom cuz for sure she’ll acuse me of being pregnant and she will think I had sex. My periods have been regular so im rly scared idk what to do.. idk if it helps but i masturbated w a pillow a week ago, can i be pregnant from masturbating? Im so scared please help

There are many reasons for a late or missed period. The most common are stress, illness, sudden weight loss, a change in routine or body chemistry which can throw your cycle off. I don't know your age, but it's not uncommon for teenage girls to have some irregularity as their bodies are still maturing.
Have you had sex education in school? If not, you can study on your own. Our site is a good resource or you can read books on the subject. Intercourse is when you have sex with a penis in your vagina. To get pregnant, sperm (from a male's penis) has to travel up your vaginal canal and meet an egg. Masturbating with a pillow will not make you pregnant.
Try to relax and wait for your period to arrive.
