My boyfriend and I had sex a few weeks ago. We used a condom both times. There weren’t any holes or anything. When we were finished the condom was still on. Then he went home and jacked off and he cummed at his house. The second time I was in the bathroom when he cummed. I have been having cramps like my period is coming. Could I be pregnant?

I am also kinda moody and that happens when my period comes. Could that be another sign my period is coming?

As said, there is little to no risk for you. Just wait it out and your period will arrive. Don't try to overthink things too much - it causes unnecessary stress.

Condoms are up to 99% effective when used properly - which you did. There is little to no risk of pregnancy. If your period is due soon, that may be the reasons for your cramps.
