hello,
i know my question seems a bit raw, but what i mean to say is that
everytime i have sex with my husband (recently husband)
i cant seem to enjoy it because its so painful when he goes in, after a while.
it NEVER happened to me before when i was younger with any other partner.
i meann we could go for hours.... and with my husband after a few minutes a get a terrible rash and it wont go away for days! at first i thought it was some sort of yeast infection ..but then we did it more often and i thought... "again?"" so i knoww its nott that... what can i do to enjoy my husband all the way with no pain to me.
thank you.

Hello Bashful,
Dyspareunia is the medical term for painful intercourse. Pain during penetrations is often the result of insufficient lubrication. Not enough foreplay can cause this. There could be other reasons, such as an infection in the genital area or urinary tract. Eczema or other skin problems in your genital area also can be the problem.
Begin with the commonest cause, insufficient lubrication. Try not rushing and engage in longer foreplay to help stimulate your natural lubrication. You may reduce pain by delaying penetration until your feel fully aroused.
Using a lubricant can make sex more comfortable. Read labels carefully or consult your doctor to recommend a product. For some women, a lubricant that contains glycerin can promote yeast infections.
If these two measures do not help, consult your gynecologist to determine the cause of your pain during intercourse.
