3 day period a week after taking Plan B?

On Dec 26th I got my period. It lasted for about 6 days. On Jan 5th I had sex. There was some question as to whether or not the condom had broke. He said he thought it might of but it didn't. To be safe I still took Plan B about 21-22 hours later.
Then on Jan 12th , 6 days after I took Plan B I woke up to find blood. It was the same amount it usually is when my period just starts. Considering that I had broke into tears at chickflicks the night before and now was bleeding I Googled if Plan B can make your period come two weeks early and found it could. I knew that it had to be period because it was non stop heavy blood exactly like a period, also painful cramps and a never ending hunger.

But now today the 15th when I woke up the bleeding had stopped and it's now night. I'm wondering if that is normal that it only was for Monday-Wednesday because my normal periods are always 6-8 days in length...but maybe it just was shorter because it was from the Plan B?
Or was it not a period and could I be pregnant?
