For years I suffered silently with IBS.

I even went to an IBS lecture at Borders Book Store.

You've got to hear this. When I was sitting in the chairs waiting for the lecture to start an employee came on the PA system and said, "THE irritable IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME seminar will start in five minutes at the chairs in the lobby".

I can't tell you how far I sunk down in my chair.

I use Spectrum Flax Fiber each day and it's helped a lot.
