Did you ever find out if it was def the birth control? I too have the exact same symptoms and have had every test in the book! I take nothing but birth control! They think Im crazy but i am a medical professional with 17 years of experience and i am convinced it is the birth control! Please i know this comment was made in 2015 but if you have found anything out it would be a great help and could give me a lead on what to check next!!
