You really, really need to stop listening to males who tell you that you won't get pregnant and that it'll be ok and that they care for you. They say this so you won't insist on them using a condom. It's your body that will get pregnant and you will have to live with the consequences, not them. The choice is yours to make but if you continue to have unprotected you may get pregnant (what you did is not considered safe sex) at some stage. It won't be happily every after no matter what you think and what he says. Get a backbone and tell him no condom = no sex.
As to whether you will get pregnant or not - we can't say. If sperm was in your body - and it could have been if he didn't urinate between ejaculation - then it's possible, if you ovulate early. Your risk is probably quite low (we can't give percentages) but there is some risk. Washing a vagina does nothing to eliminate a pregnancy risk. If he fingers you so hard that you bleed, tell him to be more gentle.
Your next period will let you if you got pregnant or not. Try not to worry too much, your risk is low. But I would advise you to be a lot kinder to yourself in future by making sure you are always protected. If you don't look out for yourself, who will?
