Ideal blood pressure is 120/80 so your systolic pressure (the first number) is high. Your diastolic pressure is a bit low but it's the high number you need to focus on.
To maintain a healthy blood pressure, reduce salt and red meat from your diet (eliminating red meat is a good idea unless you really like it and it's a special occasion) and don't eat foods from cans or jars - they tend to be high in sodium.
A fresh, unprocessed diet is best and add exercise.
