Showering doesn't prevent pregnancy. You need to stop using the withdrawal method, it's not safe for people who are not used to being sexually active. Birth control must be used at all times. We can't know how high a risk there is for pregnancy, that's not something a website can really say. But as long as the condom didn't break and there was no unprotected ejaculation inside the body, then pregnancy can't occur. You will have to wait for your next period to know you're not pregnant.
