Zithromax is used for many conditions, mainly ears/nose/throat conditions as well as upper respiratory problems like pneumonia. Vaginal discharge is a known side effect of Flagyl but if you were getting this before you took it, there may be no connection. Flagyl has many uncomfortable side effects including the ones you are experiencing.
