I wouldn't consider colon cancer before other digestive issues like chronic constipation, IBS or diverticulitis. If you don't have a bowel movement for weeks it's likely you would be hospitalized or near death so it's likely you are having some bowel movements occasionally.
We cannot diagnose anything. I understand being scared but you will need to get a medical evaluation to know more.
