If there was no penetration or ejaculation that entered you, you would not be pregnant. If pregnancy is a concern for you, it's a good idea to learn about sex and how the human body works before you have or attempt to have intercourse. Protection should also be used.

Pre-ejaculate in itself does not contain sperm. If a man has had a recent ejaculation and has not urinated since, sperm can be picked up in the urethra. But once he urinates any sperm would be flushed out.

There was no need to take emergency contraception. From what you say, you never had sex. ECP can cause period irregularity, so you will just have to wait for your cycle to sort itself out. If you are still scared, a pregnancy test will ease your mind.
