These kinds of cuts and discharge is not normal. You may be using a washing detergent that is causing an allergic reaction that then translates to minor injuries. Toilet paper and pads should be very soft and not cause this and since you are not engaging in intercourse, rough sex cannot be a cause.
Since you are experiencing discharge, you may have an infection. You need to see a doctor for an exam as this has been going on for two months without healing. Please keep us posted-
