I assume your addiction is to smoking?
I understand how hard this is to quit.
Have you tried hypnosis? It has worked well for many - that would be my first suggestion if nothing else has worked.
You can also join a stop-smoking support group, a bit like AA or NA (narcotics anonymous) - this will allow you to be among people going through the same thing and can offer you great advice and support.
