It sounds like you're living a very healthy life already. Some people have belly fat that is simply really hard to shift. You may never shift it fully.
What kind of workouts are you doing at the gym? Aerobic exercise is best for losing belly fat. Pilates and yoga can also help to firm the abdomen and these classes are not just for women or thin people.

Make sure you are eating 1450 meaningful calories a day which means high protein (you already have that) and low carbs but your caloric intake is very low - you may need more calories.

A dietitian can help you further.
