A UTI (urinary tract infection) can cause foul smelling urine, frequent urination, burning pain when urinating, bladder spasm, cloudy urine, dark urine, persistent urge to urinate, a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying, or blood in urine. Antibiotics are usually prescribed for UTI's. Pieces of flesh in the urine is not a typical symptom of UTI so mention this to your doctor.
