It seems you have already tried the things I would suggest, the main one being, having your breasts checked by your doctor. So, I'm glad you did that. If the tingling is fairly constant, it's unlikely it's hormonal. The only thing I can suggest is to ask your primary care doctor about anti-anxiety medication. If this tingling is related to anxiety, medication can help as you say it's affecting your everyday life. Often these medications are temporary but can resolve the issue long term.
